Frequently Asked Questions
What do I do if I have questions about my loan?
Contact us either by phone or email and we'll be happy to help you.
What is a co-signer?
A co-signer is a person that agrees to join the primary borrower in being responsible for the payment and loan obligation. All co-signers are fully responsible for payment just as the borrower is. You may benefit from using a co-signer if that co-signer strengthens the credit worthiness or ability to pay.
How do I get the Title to my vehicle?
When you pay-off your loan, you will receive your title in the mail within 10 business days. You may also pick up your title at our office if you have paid your loan off with guaranteed funds (such as a money order, cashier's check, or cash).
What is my payoff?
Contact us to find out exactly what your payoff is on your auto loan. Your most recent transaction balance is not your payoff.
Why does my Insurance page say my insurance has expired?
We don't use Autopal to keep track of insurance because the insurance agents send paperwork over the mail. We use a third party agent to track insurance changes. If your insurance has changed, please let us know immediately to avoid Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) placed on your account.
What is the Discount that appears in my Transactions page?
The discount is the doc fee that you were charged in your contract. This is usually added to your contract and we track it separately for accounting purposes, but it's part of your principal.
